The Animals of IHERC are either rescued or surrendered  from people in need of assistance. Most animals on our farm are either sick or seniors. We do adopt out, but only after they are healthy. If an animal is a continually sick or a senior they will live out their final days with us. 

An application must be filled out and there are adoption fees that apply. IHERC also gets first rights on getting an animal back if unforeseen circumstances happen and you are no longer able to care for said animal.

Note: contracts will need to be signed, references and in home visits are a must.  

All animals have a no breeding contract.
